Online Banking Customers Notice
As you know, Bank of Little Rock’s Online Banking product requires you to enter a Login ID, Password and Device Registration to access your accounts online. All passwords and device registration cookies have an expiration date of one year and this notice is to inform you that in the upcoming weeks, you will be prompted to change your online banking password and/or re-register your device.
If you are prompted to re-register your device, you will be required to receive a Secure Access Code delivered to you by email, text or phone call. Once you have entered the Secure Access Code, you can choose to register your device.
If you are prompted to change your password, enter your existing password and then enter your new password twice using the password requirements listed below:
Length: Minimum characters = 8
Maximum characters = 15
Passwords must contain at least:
One lower case letter
One upper case letter
One special character
Passwords cannot repeat one of the last 10 passwords used
