Why Us? Relationships — Meet Kristi Shuster, Vice President
A graduate of the Barrett School of Banking, Kristi has honed her expertise in lending and community banking. Her well-rounded background gives her the insight to help entrepreneurs navigate complex financial needs while maintaining a personal touch. In 2024, she was named one of Arkansas Money & Politics’ Women in Banking — a well-deserved recognition of her leadership and impact in the industry.
Off the clock, Kristi enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends. A proud McClellan High School alum, she’s been married to Gus Shuster for 38 years. Together, they have two children and two grandbabies who lovingly call her “MawMaw.” Kristi says the very best thing about working at Bank of Little Rock is the customers — and she means it. Many of her customers have become lifelong friends, and she loves knowing that the work she does every day truly makes a difference in their lives.
