Why Us? Relationships: Kristi Shuster Named to AMP's 2024 Women in Banking
09/26/2024
Arkansas Money & Politics (AMP) recently honored Kristi Shuster as one of its 2024 Women in Banking, a recognition that celebrates not only her achievements but also the relationships she has built with her customers and community. A Little Rock native, Kristi’s banking career is rooted in her commitment to fostering trust and providing personalized service—key elements of Bank of Little Rock's philosophy.
Kristi began her career as a teller at First Federal and has been a staple at Bank of Little Rock for 32 years. Over the years, she has grown within the bank, taking on roles as branch manager, retail manager, and now serving as both the Bank’s Security Officer and Loan Officer, while also holding the title of vice president.
A graduate of McClellan High School (Class of 1985) and the Barrett School of Banking, Kristi has built a reputation for making every customer feel like the most important part of her day. This dedication to forming meaningful relationships is why Bank of Little Rock continues to be known for "banking the way it ought to be."
As we celebrate Kristi Shuster’s recognition by AMP, it’s clear that relationships are at the heart of her success. Her commitment to customers is just one of the many reasons Bank of Little Rock stands out.
